Martin Del Gato
Martin is a emerald smuggler who doesn't know squat about animals.
He is annoyed by Teddy and blackmailed Doc into helping him ship emeralds to the park. At the start of the book, he was mad at Doc because he had to do a autopsy. When the Black Mamba escaped, he was mad at Pete Thwacker for not coming in time. It is revealed thta he was smuggling emeralds from Venezula and hid them inside of Henry. He was sent to jail by J.J. McCracken for life
